Merino + Blended Wool/Angora Barberpole Yarn

With approximately 180 yards, this 4.5 ounce skein is an aran-weight delight! One ply is a natural brown merino, the other ply is our in-house blend of NY-raised and NY-milled blended wool (Polworth, Jacob, hybrid) from a farmer friend and NY-raised English angora rabbit fiber. This cream-colored ply is approximately 70% wool, 30% angora fiber; it was processed at the Mill at Stoney Meadows (https://www.stoney-meadows.com/). Rabbits in service for this fiber include Penelope, Theo, Frederick, and Elaine.

This yarn and all products made from it should be hand washed and flat dried. This product is already spun, washed, and set -- ready to wing its way to your home or wherever you send it! Orders received by noon Eastern Standard Time on Wednesdays will ship out by U.S.P.S. on the following Thursday.
