This 4.3 ounce/ 148 yard skein of worsted weight yarn is a squishy handful of New York fiber! One ply is blue-faced leicester sheep wool from Maggie's Farm, Inc (https://maggiesfarminc.com/) in Brookfield, NY. The second ply is 2/3 NY-raised and milled blended wool from a farmer friend and 1/3 English angora rabbit fiber from our homestead in upstate NY. The rabbits in service for the skein were Penny, Elaine, and Frederick.
This yarn and all products made from it should be hand washed and flat dried. This product is already spun, washed, and set -- ready to wing its way to your home or wherever you send it! Orders received by noon Eastern Standard Time on Wednesdays will ship out by U.S.P.S. on the following Thursday.
